NOTARIZATION TYPES

Acknowledgment: A notarial act to ensure the signer of a document is who they claim to be and has voluntarily signed the document.

Jurat: A notarial act in which an individual attests to the truth or accuracy of the statements in the document. In performing a jurat, the Notary confirms the identity of the signer, witnesses the signer sign the document, and administers an oath or affirmation to the signer.

Oaths/Affirmations: A notarial act in which the Notarty administers an oath or affirmation with the purpose of compelling a client to truthfulness. An oath is a solemn pledge to a Supreme Being. An affirmation is a solemn pledge on the individual's personal honor.

Notarization fees include all per signature fees as well as travel fees. Travel fees are based on the city in which the notary will take place. All payments are due at the time of service.
